The affairs of Manpower CGHS Ltd. are administered by an elected Managing Committee entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring transparent governance, efficient maintenance, financial discipline, and overall welfare of the residents.
The present Managing Committee was elected on 20th April 2025 for a tenure of three years, in accordance with the provisions of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act and the Society Bye-Laws.
The Committee works collectively towards:

- Financial management and statutory compliance
- Infrastructure improvements and modernization
